Starting figures, then a quote that matches the floor
These are not packages you tick. A quiet twelve-person studio and a forty-seat operations floor are different weeks. We quote after we know the team size, the number of observation days, and whether exports already exist.
| Study | Starting from | What moves the figure |
|---|---|---|
| Collaboration Behaviour Review | RM 8,400 | Team size above 40, a second floor, an extra observation week, or a briefing in two languages |
| Meeting Load Study | RM 3,600 | Extra departments, missing room logs, a second observed morning |
| Hybrid Overlap Mapping | RM 4,200 | Two weeks on more than one floor, or attendance records that have to be built from a sign-in book |
| After-hours Channel Review | RM 2,900 | Interviews-only if a timestamp export is impossible; additional named channel groups |
| Working Agreement Session | RM 1,800 | Travel beyond Johor Bahru, groups split into two sittings, evening slots |
How a quote is built
We ask for headcount, district, whether a sponsor can introduce us to the floor, and whether calendar or timestamp exports can be prepared without message bodies. Observation days are the costly part: a practitioner is out of the Jalan Siu Nam rooms and on your carpet. Export-only work is cheaper and thinner; we will say when it is too thin to be honest.
A deposit of 40% holds the first observation date. The balance is due when the written briefing is delivered, before the working session if one is included. There is no monthly subscription and no seat licence. Rates on this page are informational; the letter we send is the fee that applies.
What we do not bill like
We do not offer a “starter / professional / enterprise” ladder. We do not discount a review because a second team might follow. If two floors need the same question answered, that is two scopes or one larger scope named in the letter — not a bundle name.
Payment
Invoices are in Malaysian ringgit, payable by bank transfer to the practice. We do not take card payments on this site. Refund and postponement rules sit on the refund page.
